• Purchase domain and set up basic WordPress (Website - Included with Hostinger) and Hostinger (Hosting - Personal Plan)
• Install FluentCommunity (Social component - Free plan), Tainacan (Archival - Free), and GiveWP (Donation interface - Free)
• Set up plugins and configure the basic user interface
• Set up basic pages, groups, and user registration.
• Set up Cloudflare R2 account for scalable, archive storage.
Phase 2
• Launch beta-version of site to Archival group members.
• Add more groups inspired by student clubs registered at HampEngage
• Setup OpenCollective account and apply for Fiscal Hosts
◦ (Alternative route) Set up a personal Stripe account to start recieve donation.
• Assemble team of archivists, moderators -- Develop base-level tags and categorizations.
• Develop a fundraising plan to upgrade FluentCommunity and Hostinger to kickstart the archive.
• Setup archive submission page.
Phase 3
• Purchase FluentCommunity lifetime plan and Upgrade Hostinger to Business annual plan — unlocks external storage
• Launch the archive submission page and the archive's homepage.
• Set up community guidelines for Frogbook
• Set up archival web-crawlers to scrape web articles
Phase 4
• Connect frogbook archive with Internet Archive
• Asemble team of moderators and managers who can manage frogbook and the archive.
• Partner with legal alums, potentially register as non-profit in the US. Whichever is best for the archive's survival.
• Setup archive's sustainability plan: ◦ Hampstore -- Unofficial, Official Merch store ◦ The Omen -- Monthly newsletter
